Mr. Hendler is the Managing Partner of KappaEast. He is an experienced professional and acknowledged expert who has developed and promoted KappaEast’s approach to strategic planning and sales performance as a consultant, facilitator and guest speaker worldwide.
In the management consulting area, Mr. Hendler is a leader in helping clients around the globe devise and execute effective strategies to improve their operations and achieve mission success. Mr. Hendler excels in strategic planning facilitation including conflict management and consensus development. He has broad and extensive business experience and works directly with key stakeholder groups at all levels to facilitate the design, development and delivery of Kappa’s strategic planning process. This approach has been applied in hundreds of engagements with companies ranging in size from start-up pre-IPO’s to the Fortune 100′s. Mr. Hendler has applied his expertise in the hardware, software, networking, telecommunications industries, financial/professional services and venture funding.
In the area of sales performance, Mr. Hendler has been instrumental in KappaEast’s approach to building sales engines by developing proven and practical sales tools. He has worked with numerous firms across a broad range of industries to identify business needs, design and develop sales models and tools and implement ongoing, self-sufficient approaches to satisfying training requirements. In addition, Mr. Hendler has been instrumental in augmenting the Planning focus of KappaEast through the integration of team building with business culture.
Mr. Hendler currently sits on the Board of Advisors of several high tech startup firms. Mr. Hendler has a Master of Science Degree in Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The City College of New York and holds several patents. Mr. Hendler resides with his wife Susan in Wayne, New Jersey.
