Richard Schroeder

Mr. Schroeder is the Technical Director of KappaEast and a leading authority on the creation and implementation of processes and tools for enhancing top line performance. His business experience encompasses strategic planning, sales/marketing management, new ventures and acquisitions.

Mr. Schroeder’s consulting engagements have ranged from strategy development to sales/management training to market analysis and operations planning, and have covered a diverse range of industries, markets and international business environments.

Mr. Schroeder’s breadth of experience is highlighted by his expertise in strategy analysis/formulation, wargaming and the translation of strategy into effective execution. He has worked with clients to implement processes for identifying and managing competitive advantage, defining and tracking leading indicators of sales performance and auditing the go to market model interface between marketing and sales. He is an expert in wargaming and the creator of a widely used process for the formulation of competitive strategy. He is also an authority on the practical application of financial theory and concepts to effective selling. Mr. Schroeder’s engagements have covered new ventures to established business units and market/product campaigns to large individual sales opportunities.

Mr. Schroeder has a Master of Business Administration Degree in Finance, with a specialization in international business, from the New York University Stern School of Business. He also holds a Master of Science Degree in Engineering from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from Newark College of Engineering. He is a member of Tau Beta Pi – the National Engineering Honor Society. Mr. Schroeder resides with his wife Lynne in Montclair, New Jersey.
