Beth Hendler-Grunt

bethbioMs. Hendler-Grunt is an exciting new addition to KappaEast. She is an experienced professional in the area of sales performance, with over fifteen years in sales and sales management leadership positions. Ms. Hendler-Grunt brings a track record of success in fiercely competitive markets and has addressed the challenges facing sales teams such as requirements to exceed expectations and achieve consistent and predictable results. Her broad based experience will further contribute to the success of our clients top line growth.

Ms. Hendler-Grunt will be leading the deployment of our new Making Deals Happen focus, drawing on her extensive experience with sales productivity issues. She will be using her expertise in coaching and facilitation as an “on the team member” to help sales teams diagnose and execute effective strategies and tactics.

Ms. Hendler-Grunt joins us from Avaya where she held senior sales leadership positions as Regional Sales Director for direct and indirect channels. Her customers included a broad range of industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, and Financial Services. At Lucent Technologies she was the Supervisory National Account Manager for AT&T, their largest account, and was responsible for strategy development and execution. Ms. Hendler has also worked for AT&T as a Senior Account Executive. Throughout her career Ms. Hendler has been instrumental in enhancing sales productivity with expertise in performance management and coaching.

Ms. Hendler-Grunt has a Master of Business Administration from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University. Ms. Hendler-Grunt holds numerous sales performance recognition awards for consistent quota achievement and sales leadership awards for managing and leading successful sales teams year over year. Ms. Hendler-Grunt resides with her husband Jeff and their two sons Brandon and Jacob in Livingston, New Jersey.
